I believe good real estate representation goes well beyond opening doors and writing contracts. When someone trusts me to help them buy or sell a home, I take that responsibility seriously. My job is to do the research, understand the numbers, stay on top of the details, give straightforward advice, and make sure my clients feel informed and well represented from the first conversation through closing — and long after.
I grew up in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood and understand how important real estate can be to a family’s future. Today, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a property they’ve owned for years, or evaluating an investment opportunity, I approach the process with the same level of preparation and care.
My clients can expect me to tell them what I see, not simply what they want to hear. If I see a concern with a property, we’ll talk about it. If the numbers don’t make sense, I’ll say so. If I see an opportunity, I’ll explain why. And when it’s time to negotiate, I’ll work hard to put my client in the strongest position possible.
I’ve continued building my expertise through the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, with additional training focused on pricing, negotiation, and representing sellers.
I’m also backed by the resources of Baird & Warner and a network of experienced real estate attorneys, inspectors, contractors, lenders, and other professionals. Real estate transactions can bring unexpected questions and problems, and having the right people available matters.
Most importantly, I don’t view closing day as the end of the relationship. I stay in touch with my clients and remain a resource after they receive the keys. That might mean providing an updated market analysis years later, helping find a trusted contractor, answering a property question, or simply being someone they can call when real estate comes up again. I want the people I work with to know they have an agent they can continue to rely on.
Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to sell, or looking to build wealth through real estate, you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start with a conversation, look at the numbers, and determine what makes the most sense for you.
